My Story
About Me
Kelli Weber
If you had told me years ago that my professional path would lead me into senior care and aging in place support, I might have smiled in disbelief. Yet life has a meaningful way of guiding us toward the work we are meant to do. Looking back, every step both personal and professional prepared me for this purpose.
Like many families today, I have lived the reality of the sandwich generation, caring for aging loved ones while raising a family of my own. I experienced firsthand the emotional weight, uncertainty, and countless questions that arise when independence, safety, and quality of life become concerns. Those moments led to late night research, heartfelt conversations with friends navigating similar challenges, and a growing realization. Families needed practical guidance, trusted support, and someone who truly understood what they were facing.
That realization became my calling.
Today, I am honored to support older adults and their care partners through some of life’s most important transitions. As a Certified Aging in Place Specialist, Certified Dementia Practitioner, and Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to every client and training engagement.
My work is rooted in a person centered approach, meeting individuals and families where they are, listening deeply, and helping them make thoughtful decisions that honor dignity, independence, and personal choice.
I specialize in:
-
Safe transitions from hospital or rehabilitation back home
-
Home safety and fall prevention assessments
-
Dementia informed home modifications and care partner education
-
Smart home and aging technology that supports independence
-
Personalized aging in place planning for long term comfort and confidence
At the heart of my work is a simple mission.
Safe Transitions. Smart Homes. Strong Independence.
Whether a loved one is recovering from a medical event, beginning to experience memory changes, or proactively planning for the future, I provide clear guidance and customized solutions designed to reduce risk, ease stress, and support daily life.
After many years in corporate leadership, I chose a path that feels deeply personal. Helping older adults remain in the homes they love, where they feel safe, confident, and connected, is more than my profession. It is my passion, my purpose, and the work I feel truly honored to do.
Every family’s journey is different, but no one should have to navigate aging alone.
Why Plan Now
It’s common to think, “We’re not there yet.” But life doesn’t always give us time to prepare. A single fall, a sudden change in health, or a moment of confusion can instantly reshape daily life. And when that happens, families often find themselves scrambling to make quick — and sometimes costly — decisions.
Planning ahead isn’t about expecting problems.
It’s about preserving choice, independence, and peace of mind.
Simple updates made today — like safer lighting, better mobility access, and smart technology that looks out for you — can significantly reduce risk and support you in staying confident at home.
When we prepare proactively, we:
✔ Stay in control of our aging journey
✔ Prevent avoidable injuries and hospital stays
✔ Reduce stress on ourselves and our loved ones
✔ Continue living where we feel happiest and most comfortable
The best time to safeguard your future isn’t during a crisis…it’s before one ever happens.
Let’s make your home ready for whatever comes next — safe, smart, and supportive through every stage of life.
